I have been advising private clients and families about their financial strategies and the management of their wealth for over 20 years, and I absolutely love it.
I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERCM (CFPCM), Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, which basically means that I have taken a lot of exams over the years to ensure that I can provide the expert financial advice that individuals and families need in an ever more complex world.
I set up Calderwood Wealth Management in 2014, as Appointed Representatives of St. James’s Place, a FTSE 100 listed company and one of the largest providers of face-to-face wealth management and financial advice in the country. My advice is backed by the St. James’s Place Guarantee. Being a representative of St. James’s Place allows me access to many components that underpin every successful long-term strategy, such as investment research and product due diligence, whilst providing a personalised, long-term planning relationship for my clients and their families.
Away from work, I am a dedicated husband to Katy and the proud father of three young girls, Alexa, Natasha and Francesca. My family and my clients take up most of my time, but every now and then I get out onto the Gloucestershire hills on my mountain bike, and try to come back in one piece.
